This Fountain Square home was brought back to life after a devastating fire left it uninhabitable. Taken down to the studs, our team fully restored the property while reimagining the layout to include an additional bedroom and bathroom, creating a more functional space for modern living. The result is a completely rebuilt home that blends fresh design with lasting durability, giving the family a safe and beautiful place to call home once again.

This project was a complete down-to-the-studs renovation of a two-bath bungalow, where nothing was left untouched. Our team reworked the layout to create a more open concept, improving flow and functionality throughout the home. We addressed framing issues, updated all major systems, and fully refreshed every space from top to bottom. This project was a full gut renovation, taking the home down to the studs and rebuilding it from the ground up.
