In under three days, we transformed a leaking, damage-causing bathroom into a fully updated space. The new design is brighter, cleaner, and built for long-term durability. The result is a refreshed bathroom that feels more comfortable, functional, and enjoyable every day.

Working closely with a designer, we fully renovated both sides of this townhouse-style duplex to create modern, functional living spaces. The kitchens were opened to create a better flow between rooms, featuring updated cabinetry, improved layouts, and clean, timeless finishes. Custom accent walls in the bedrooms and bar areas add character and help each unit stand out. The renovation focused on both quality and long-term appeal, with thoughtful details like a pot filler, upgraded fixtures, and cohesive material selections throughout. Completed to meet—and exceed—the standards of the Holy Cross neighborhood, the result is a turnkey property that combines modern design with lasting craftsmanship.

This project was a full gut renovation, taking the home down to the studs and rebuilding it from the ground up. From exterior fence restoration and staining to a complete interior overhaul, every part of the home was upgraded. We added a new half bath, redesigned and expanded the full bathroom, and fully updated all electrical and plumbing systems. Working with a designer, we incorporated custom accent walls and modern finishes throughout. The result is a fully refreshed, functional home with updated systems and elevated design.
