Park Ave Home Remodel

Working from the studs up, we completed a full-scale renovation of this historic Victorian home in Irvington—bringing it back to life while preserving the character that defines the neighborhood. Every major system was replaced, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, and roofing, making the home functionally comparable to new construction. Original architectural details were thoughtfully restored while the layout was refined to improve flow and everyday livability. The kitchen and baths were fully redesigned with updated cabinetry, quality finishes, and cohesive materials that complement the home's timeless aesthetic. The result is a turnkey property that honors its Victorian roots while delivering the reliability and comfort of a brand-new home.

This project was a full gut renovation, taking the home down to the studs and rebuilding it from the ground up. From exterior fence restoration and staining to a complete interior overhaul, every part of the home was upgraded. We added a new half bath, redesigned and expanded the full bathroom, and fully updated all electrical and plumbing systems. On this side of the duplex, we completed a more extensive renovation, fully reworking the layout to create a true open-concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen was redesigned with high-end touches, including a pot filler at the oven, updated cabinetry, and cohesive, modern finishes throughout. Working closely with a designer, we incorporated custom accents to elevate the space while maintaining functionality and flow. For added privacy between units, a new soundproofing wall was installed, improving the overall living experience. The result is a thoughtfully upgraded unit that blends modern design, high-end features, and long-term livability.
